1. the mechanical equipment of the plastic pipe extrusion machine shall be placed in a ventilated position to ensure the heat dissipation of the motor and prolong its service life; This machine should be well grounded.
2. regularly check the tool screws. After the new machine is used for 1 hour, use tools to tighten the screws of the moving knife and the fixed knife to strengthen the fixity of the blade and the tool holder; The bearing shall be regularly lubricated to ensure the lubricity between bearings; In order to ensure the sharpness of the tool, the tool should be checked frequently to ensure its sharpness and reduce unnecessary damage to other parts caused by blunt blades; Regularly check whether the belt is loose and tighten it in time.
3. restart - before the second startup, remove the remaining debris in the machine room to reduce the startup resistance. The inertia cover and pulley cover shall be opened regularly, and the ash outlet under the flange shall be removed, because the powder discharged from the crusher room enters the bearing shaft.
4. replacement of parts - when replacing the cutter, the gap between the crusher motor cutter and the fixed cutter above 20HP is better, and the crusher below 20HP is better. The thinner the recycled material is, the larger the gap can be properly adjusted.
