Property
This PP Building template plate extrusion line consists of die, calibration table, cooling system and special designed vacuum system which improves the high speed extrusion effect. This line has features of advanced technology,high speed, high output, good wear resistance, better dust removing, good calibration and easy operation. The new designed anneal oven makes it easier to adjust the flatness of the sheet. The softness of haul-off roller can be designed according to customers' requirements. The anti-UV layer can be one side or double sides. Its surface layer can be designed by sand blasting treatment or smooth treatment.

This product has been tested by SGS and meets the requirements of "GB9693-1988 Hygienic Standard for Polypropylene Resin for Food Packaging"
Package, Storage and Transportation:Inner-coated woven bag, the net weight is 25Kg/bag.
The resin should be stored in a drafty, dry warehouse and away from fire and direct sunlight. It should not be piled up in the open air.During transportation, the material should not be exposed to strong sunlight or rain and should not be transported together with sand, soil, scrap metal, coal or glass. Transportation together with toxic,corrosive and flammable substance is strictly prohibited.
