As the second generation of KBB machines, KBB evo has won the favor of customers with higher production capacity, lower energy consumption and more attractive investment costs. Kautex's all-electric extrusion blow molding machines have set industry standards in terms of equipment economy and ease of use.

 

From ReCo3 three-layer coextrusion to multi-layer coextrusion production process, the amount of masterbatch is significantly reduced, because most of the regrind is recycled into the next production cycle. KBB machines are very energy efficient, and tests have proven that they meet the Euromap 46.1 standard, and many models have reached the best energy efficiency level 1

 

KBB machines are available in single and double stations. A key feature of the stacking barrel machine is the higher platen, greater mold thickness and longer mold opening stroke. KBB20 to KBB100 can produce different bottles and cans with a clamping force of 100kN to 500kN. KBB200 and KBB400 can produce stacking square barrels with a clamping force of 150kN to 300kN. We can also add advanced post-cooling modules to the machine, including the IntelliGate module, upon request, to increase production efficiency.
