● Free consulting on industrial knowledge: including market trend, key players, industrial common sense, reference on raw materials, human resource, cost calculation, technical requirement, short term and long term business plan, etc.

● Free design: factory design, layout discussion meeting, suggestion and draft design.

● Free customization and recommendation: base on the rich experience in the industry, and customer preference and specific requirement, offer free recommendation on best solutions.  

During Sales

● Communication: Focus on customer requirements and experience. Make sure everything is correctly understood.

● Written documents: All details are clearly stated and updated to the latest situation in the contract and technial offering, to make sure the smooth carry out during manufacturing process, nothing is missed or misdone.

● Test running before shipping is always applicable: The client should provide the right raw mateiral or either ask supplier to ship raw material to our factory, or provide the right formula requesting JWELL buy local raw mateiral instead for test running. The material cost should be covered by the client. JWELL make sure the whole line is running at the right speed, with right standard of quality products at right output capacity. Whole line is running smoothly as expectd.

● Shipping：as requested or as agreed due to the unresistable condition.

● Technical training and installation: The client can send enough technicians to JWELL factory for technical training 1 month before delivery. We also provide onsite training when installation the new line on the filed. Make sure right people get the right knowledge and skills to maintain the machine running smoothly. Online training is also available with one on one trainer.

The seller can send enough technicians to the Buyer’s company for installation and testing the lines.

Online video show or pictures during of the testing are availabe for clients.

After Sales

● JWELL expert will reply to any inquiry within 24-48 hours, and the problems will be solved as soon as possible.

● The guarantee period is 1 year and service is available lifelong. The cost caused by the seller's expert in customer's country(including shuttle trip ticket between China and the Buyer's, inland traffic, medical fees, lodging, dinner and so on)and the cost of the materials of the components will be covered by the buyer, but during the guarantee period, the cost of the components will be covered by the seller. Except for the wearing parts or human factor.

● JWELL supplies the complete technical support documents and the relative drawings of the electric components written in Chinese and English.

● We supplies operation manual for main extruder and accessory equipment and the principle drawings for the electric components.

● The seller can send enough technicians to the Buyer’s company for installation and testing the lines.
