On November 18, 2024, the "Based on the Jinwei Class, Planning the Path of Life" Ingenuity Forum was successfully held, with Jin Genmu, deputy director of the Wuhu Vocational and Technical College Working Committee, as the speaker. This lecture is of great significance. It not only allows the students of the Jinwei Class to have a deeper understanding of the Jinwei corporate culture, but also clearly points out the direction of their future career development.

Before the meeting, Chen Zhibiao, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, delivered a speech and gave the students a detailed introduction to Director Jin Genmu, the main lecturer of this Craftsmanship Forum.

In 2008, Jin Genmu, then Party Secretary of the Electrical Engineering Department of Wuhu Vocational and Technical College, and He Haichao, Chairman of Jinwei Machinery Co., Ltd., started school-enterprise cooperation and established the Jinwei Class. It has been 17 years since then and has trained hundreds of high-quality technical and skilled talents for Jinwei. In 2021, the Jinwei Class of Wuhu Vocational and Technical College was further upgraded to the Jinwei Characteristic Industry College, covering students from the Electrical and Mechanical Colleges, and became a beautiful business card in the school-enterprise cooperation of Wuhu Vocational and Technical College.

Director Jin told the students that in the past 17 years, he has witnessed the rapid development of Jinwei Company and the rapid growth of Jinwei class graduates in the company. In the process of long-term and in-depth cooperation with Wuhu Vocational and Technical College, Jinwei Company has always adhered to the principle of "persistent dedication and honesty" to treat every student who enters the Jinwei class with dreams. At present, Wuhu Vocational and Technical College Jinwei Class has sent more than 400 outstanding graduates to Jinwei Company, distributed in Jinwei production bases such as Suzhou, Changzhou, Haining, Chuzhou, and Quanjiao. There are a group of production technology backbones, a group of after-sales service backbones, a group of enterprise management backbones, and a group of sales elites.
