3.Free installation and free training service on your factory. When machine arrives in customer factory, and when the factory is ready with the right size of space, water and electricity, JWELL will assign a qualified engineer to the client factory for start-up the machine and provide necessary training to clients operation team, make sure the machine is correctly run and well maintain to perform at its best, to secure the long term business success. Only need to pay the travel expense and accommodation and meals of JWELL engineer.

A: both for PET chips and PET virgin. Any percentage is OK.

Q: PET sheet line output capacity choices:

A: 300-400kg/h, 500-600kg/h, 800kg/h, 1000kg/h, 1200kg/h, 1500kg/h. At your preference.

Q: PET sheet thickness range:

A: 0.08-1.5mm

Q: PET sheet structure choice:

Q: Does PET Sheet Extrusion Line need crystallization or drying system?

A: Not now, the twin screw extruder line does not need these, it is more energy saving and also suitable for both PET chips and PET virgin material into the screw directly.

Q: What size of the air compressor does PET sheet line need? About how much air is needed for the complete line?

A: 7KW air compressor is enough. Air output capacity is 0.9 cubic /min. Pressure range：0.5-1.0Mpa. The whole PET sheet line needs little in compressed air. Around 0.2cubic/min. Pressure：0.6Mpa.

Q: How many containers dose the complete PET sheet line need?

A: The complete PET sheet line normally takes 3-4 containers.
