Types of polymer waterproof membranes

1. Homogeneous coiled material (code H): no inner

Waterproofing membranes with reinforced or backed materials;

2. Rolled material with fiber backing (code L): made of fabric

Materials such as polyester non-woven fabrics are compounded under the roll material.

Surface waterproof membrane;

3. Inner reinforced membrane (code P): polyester mesh

A waterproof membrane with grid cloth reinforced in the middle of the membrane;

4. Internally reinforced membrane (code G): fiberglass mesh

A waterproof membrane reinforced with grid cloth in the middle of the membrane.

Types and characteristics of polymer waterproof membrane materials

PVC,CPE,EVA,ECB,TPO,HDPE,LDPE,MDPE,EPDM

PVC：

It has high tensile strength, good elongation and small thermal dimensional change rate.

It has good aging resistance, UV resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, root penetration resistance and other properties.

It has a long service life (25 years on the roof and more than 50 years underground) and has no environmental pollution.

TPO:

High elasticity, high strength, high elongation.

Long-term weather resistance, aging resistance, low density.

The seams are formed by welding thermoplastic, which is strong and reliable and has long-term weldability.

It can be constructed on wet base surfaces, no protective layer is required for exposure, and construction is convenient and pollution-free.

PP (Polypropylene)

The full-adhesive construction of polypropylene waterproof membrane can effectively avoid aging under the action of the protective layer.

There is no bulge, no horizontal channeling of water.

Polypropylene waterproof membrane and base layer form an overall waterproof structure.

The full protection system is waterproof, achieving the longest waterproof life and the base layer of the building

A good combination integrates the polypropylene waterproof membrane with the base layer.
