2. CPE cast film unit

Product advantages

◆Fully automatic die adjustment, online closed-loop control can be achieved;
◆Thin-wall high-efficiency cooling forming roller, special spiral flow channel design, to ensure the consistency of film shaping effect during high-speed production;

6. TPU high and low temperature film/high elastic film production line

Through the co-extrusion of 2 or 3 extruders, TPU raw materials with different temperature ranges and hardness ranges are extruded and molded at one time. Compared with the traditional compounding process, it is more economical, more environmentally friendly and more efficient to compound the high and low temperature films off the line. The products are widely used in water stop strips, shoes, clothing, bags, stationery, sports goods, etc.

7. Online MDO unit

For special film application areas, JWELL has equipped the film production line with an online MDO unit. The uniaxial stretching process makes the film forming controllable in terms of tensile strength, shrinkage, stiffness, barrier properties and optical properties. In addition, the lightweighting of the film through stretching will continue to lead the growth trend of the cast film industry.
