From September 13th to 14th, the fifth K Show training session for JWELL Machinery 2025 was held at the Chuzhou Grand Gateway Sheraton Hotel. Sales elites from all JWELL Machinery factories gathered together to participate in a two-day pre-show training with solid content and a warm atmosphere, making final preparations for the October K Show in Germany.
01 Build an international booth team
Business etiquette and image management
The first day of training focused on international business etiquette and booth image management, with specially invited senior etiquette trainers from ACI International to deliver the lectures. Combining theory with practical application, the course provided in-depth coverage of practical topics such as cross-cultural communication etiquette, professional image building, and client reception standards. The lively atmosphere of the on-site interactive sessions and simulated practical exercises helped each elite to approach global clients with greater confidence and professionalism.
02 Experience sharing + strategic mobilization

Sales elites from various factories took the stage to share practical cases and transaction experiences from previous exhibitions, covering practical skills such as customer communication, on-site negotiation, and problem solving.
The general manager team of Jwell Machinery delivered mobilization speeches focusing on the five major themes of "cognition and pattern", "strength and confidence", "collaborative guarantee", "empowerment" and "belief and glory", clarifying the exhibition goals, unifying the operational ideas and igniting the fighting spirit of the whole audience.

Entering the manufacturing front line
After the training, the sales elites were given a special on-site visit to Jwell Machinery's Chuzhou and Quanjiao factories. This further enhanced communication and collaboration between the sales team and the manufacturing system, giving us the confidence and brilliance to compete at the K Show. This allowed us to confidently and confidently showcase Jwell's technological prowess to the world and share the extraordinary story of Jwell's innovation.
