We all know that, generally speaking, regular maintenance of the extruder is the key to ensure that the extruder can operate normally for a long time and prolong its service life. What should be paid attention to in daily maintenance of extruder?
1. All fasteners shall be inspected regularly without looseness.
2. All lubricating points shall be lubricated regularly according to the lubricating oil brand specified in the manual.
3. The lubricating oil with centralized lubrication or oil pool lubrication shall be replaced according to the time and lubricating oil brand specified in the manual. Clean the oil filter, oil pool and oil tank, and regularly check whether the oil level meets the requirements.
4. The V-belt shall always maintain a normal tension. When the V-belt has been used for a certain period of time, it shall be replaced. The individual V-belts shall not be replaced, but the whole group shall be replaced. The perimeter of the new V-belt shall be consistent to ensure that the tension degree of each V-belt is basically the same after tensioning.
5. For the clutch with mechanical coupling, due to the wear of the friction plate during the coupling process, it shall be adjusted in time to ensure that the coupling force of the friction clutch meets the requirements.
6. When the wear of spiral reamer and mixing knife reaches the specified limit, it shall be repaired or replaced in time.
7. When foreign hard objects enter the machine and cause damage to the machine parts, the feeding port shall search for foreign hard objects and broken parts section by section. At the same time, other parts with weakened or deformed strength shall be found out and replaced.
8. Other wearing parts of the machine shall be replaced regularly according to their wear degree to ensure normal operation of the equipment.
9. In the vacuum extruder, a filter is installed on the connecting pipe between the vacuum chamber and the vacuum pump. The filter should be cleaned regularly to avoid affecting the vacuum treatment of mud.
