PVC Foam Board Extrusion Lines
Properties
PVC foam board production lines are very widely used to produce ads board, wood veneer, shelf-boards in kitchen or bathroom. Very much welcome by global clients. There are two choices of the line, with or without co-extruder. Either are OK according to each individual clients preference.
The Feature Of PVC Foam Board
1.Waterproof,anti-flame,anti-acid& akali,anti-moth,light weight,heat preservation,sound insulation,shock absorption.
2.The process same with wood, but manufacturing performance is much better than wood.
3. Ideal substitute for wood, aluminum,composite board, often used for bathroom cabinet board, decoration board, or advertisement board, etc.

Some clients like: WANGBIN (more than 300 JWELL PVC foam board lines), KAIJIE(more than 100 JWELL foam board lines), which means a lot of adjustment and upgrade during the interaction with major clients to reach more standardized and rich industry knowledge.
3. Automatic stacking system, is efficient in automation, save labour cost, easier and faster.
4. Standardize recommendation: Main extruder: 80/156 300-400kg/h. Co-extruder model: 65/132 180-200kg/h; Reference Density: Shelf board for kitchen/bathroom: 0/4-0.6g/m³, decoration board: 0.6-0.7g/m³
5. Reference calculation: Thickness: 12mm, Density: 0.6mm, 15kg/piece, line speed 1meter/minute.Output capacity: 450 pieces/24 hours. 9 tons per day, trimming material not included.
