PVC High Speed Profile Extrusion Line

 

JWELL PVC window  profile extrusion line is JWELL mature production line well received by clients in global market. Apart from the standardized version, there is also a Turkey standard version available. Specially designed for Turkey market and countries around Turkey. Both versions are stable in plasticization, with high output, low sheering force, long life service and other advantages.

Window profiles, which are called plastic steel profiles in China (the steel lining needs to be stuffed inside when used). The most common window profiles are 60 series, and 80 series. The whole set of molds is divided into dozens of types, so the customer must provide the product drawings, because there are 3 types of models involved, one is to produce the main frame by 65 extruder ,and small products such as layering and cover plates produced by 51 or 45 extruders. A few clients produce foamed window profiles with built-in aluminum alloys. There is also needs for sealing strips co-extruding machine (usually single-screw extruders).

 

 

JWELL Turkey version of PVC profile line:

● Adopts some of the European standard to meet Turkey clients' common preference,

● Higher quality standard than normal profile line, slightly lower than European standard.  

● Originally meet Turkey clients preference, now popular in countries like Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, India.  

● Special design includes: upgrade gearbox, power connector type, longer calibration (8 meters), haul off and cutter,etc.

 

JWELL PVC profile production line consists of control system, conical twin screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder, calibration unit,haul off unit, film covering machine and stacker. The extruder is equipped with AC variable frequency or DC speed drive, imported temperature controller. The calibration unit's pump and haul off unit's reducer are famous brand products. After simple changing of the die and screw and barrel, it also can produce the foam profiles,the effect can be better than single screw extruder.
