01 Factory Location
The factory is located in Taicang, Jiangsu, covering an area of more than 300 acres. It is adjacent to Shanghai and has a criss-crossing transportation network. It is close to the highway exit and has extremely convenient logistics.
02 Production Equipment
As a leader in the field of plastic extrusion core parts processing, Suzhou Jieweier has obtained more than 200 national invention and utility model patents.
The screw production is equipped with a large heat treatment furnace unit with a depth of 12.5 meters, as well as a large number of advanced screw barrel professional processing equipment, and the screw barrel specifications that can be processed can reach Φ350mm.
In addition, JWELL also has the industry's leading roller processing equipment, which can process rollers with a diameter of Φ1600mm and a length of less than 14 meters. It also has a dedicated heat treatment workshop and electroplating workshop equipped with advanced automatic welding equipment and precision grinding and polishing machine tools.
The mold relies on high-precision processing equipment to achieve a die head processing width of 8400mm. It is also equipped with high-precision three-coordinate optical detection equipment to conduct all-round and strict control of product quality.
