In the first working week of 2025, on the morning of January 4, all members of the Marketing Department of JWELL Machinery Taicang Nanjiao Factory went to Quanjiao Factory for a two-day visit and exchange activity.

From Taicang to Quanjiao, the geographical distance is measured by wheels, but the psychological distance is shrinking step by step. When the Nanjiao members stepped into the unfamiliar yet friendly brother factory area, they saw the faces wearing the same JWELL work clothes and carrying the same passion for struggle, and the sense of belonging to the same roots and origins instantly overflowed.
Jwell Machinery Anhui Quanjiao Factory, as another important development strategic base of Jwell, is located in the picturesque and historic Quanjiao County of Chuzhou City. It covers a total area of 248 acres, with a reasonable planning of the factory area, divided into nine spans, each of which demonstrates Jwell people's ultimate pursuit of quality and efficiency.

At the scene, Zhang Bing, general manager of Nanjiao and Quanjiao regions, not only introduced the preliminary plan of the entire factory area, but also elaborated on the specific implementation steps for the next step.
Yu Changsong, General Manager of Anhui JWELL Extrusion Equipment Co., Ltd., and Luo Xianhe, General Manager of Anhui JWELL Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., first expressed their warm welcome to us, and then took us on a field tour of the entire factory, showing everyone the vigorous vitality and strong strength of the factory in all aspects, allowing everyone to have a deep and intuitive understanding of the layout and operation of the entire factory.
In order to further deepen everyone's understanding of Anhui Jwell's extrusion equipment, General Manager Yu and Deputy General Manager Yang Guang enthusiastically led the members of the Nanjiao plant to the production workshop and patiently explained to everyone the exquisite structure, innovative technology and efficient performance of each equipment, making the complex mechanical principles easy to understand.
The sample room is filled with various samples produced by Anhui Jwell extrusion equipment, which are not only exquisite in appearance but also excellent in performance, fully demonstrating Jwell Machinery's leading position in the extruder field.

At a meaningful experience sharing meeting, sales seniors shared their practical experience in the market with new sales people, including how to find target customers, how to communicate with customers, and provide customers with a better service experience, and planned the focus of their current work. The seniors emphasized that every communication is an opportunity to deepen relationships and tap into needs, and encouraged new people to be good at listening and to be brave in expressing themselves.
In the second half of the sharing meeting, new sales people actively interacted, listened carefully to every suggestion from the seniors, and shared frankly about the specific problems and difficulties they encountered in their work. Here they worked hard and drew closer to each other. In this green world, the laughter of the members of Nanjiao Plant became a beautiful landscape, attracting many passing tourists to stop and look.
