How does the extruder produce poor plasticization?

As we all know, the pipe extruder is a common plastic industrial equipment. During the whole process of actual operation of the pipe extruder, it is inevitable that there will be various common failures of the extruder, which will endanger all normal production and manufacturing of the pipe extruder. In the processing process, the pipe extruder sometimes has poor plasticization. What's the matter?

1、 Scorch

1. scorched condition: the temperature is very high, or the instrument panel that controls the temperature is not working, resulting in scorched plastic due to high temperature and high pressure; The glue outlet of the engine is thick with smoke, with obvious smell and crackling sound; Granular scorched matter appears on the plastic surface; There are continuous air holes on the glue joint.

2. the cause of Scorch is that the plastic Scorch is caused by high temperature control; The screw of the pipe extruder has been used for a long time without cleaning, and the burnt materials are stored up and extruded with the plastic; The heating time is too long, and the plastic hoard is heated for a long time, which makes the plastic brittle, moldy and scorched; Failure to clean the equipment head and extruder screw, resulting in plastic dissolution and scorch; Several mold changes or color changes cause the plastic to dissolve and burn; The engine screw cap is not clamped tightly, and the plastic is brittle and dissolved in the pipe extruder; The instrument panel that controls the temperature is not effective, resulting in scorch after high temperature and high pressure.

3. method of removing scorch; Frequently check whether the heating system software is normal; Clean the extruder screw or engine on time, and clean it completely; According to the requirements of the processing technology, the heating time of the pipe extruder is not suitable for too long. If the heating system software is not very good, immediately find the relevant staff to deal with it; Mold change or color change shall be done immediately and neatly to avoid sundry spots or burnt glue; After adjusting the abrasives, clamp the top block screw cap tightly to avoid glue feeding; In case of burning, clean the engine and extruder screw immediately.

2、 Poor plasticization

The surface of the plastic layer has a toad like condition; The temperature control is low, the instrument panel needle indicates that the temperature is low, and the specific accurate measurement temperature is also low; The surface of the plastic is dark, with fine cracks or no plasticized small particles; The plastic suture is not very good, and there is a significant impression.

2. causes caused by poor plasticization

The temperature control is too low or inappropriate; There are epoxy resin particles that are difficult to plasticize in plastics; The operation steps are not good, the speed of extruder screw and traction belt is too fast, and the plastic is not fully plasticized; During granulation, the plastic is not mixed evenly or the plastic itself has product quality problems.
