The Stretch Film Extrusion Line features a scientifically engineered structure with clearly defined functional modules. It consists of seven core components: extruder, die, casting unit, longitudinal stretching unit (MDO), transverse stretching unit (TDO), automatic winding system, and control system. Together, these components form a complete and closed-loop film stretching process.
The extruder ensures uniform melting and plasticization of raw materials, while the die guarantees consistent melt distribution and forming. The casting unit handles rapid cooling and solidification. The MDO and TDO units precisely control the stretching process, ensuring optimal film orientation. The automatic winding system provides neat and efficient collection of finished films, while the control system coordinates the entire operation-from raw material processing to final winding-ensuring smooth, continuous, and stable production with minimal downtime.

stretch ratio, product width, and thickness. The stretch ratio can be flexibly adjusted from 1 to 10 times, accommodating various stretching requirements. Product width ranges from 500 mm to 3000 mm, while thickness ranges from 0.018 mm to 0.3 mm. This ensures precise alignment with different application needs.
