Auxiliary Machines For Pelletizing Line

In JWELL pellet extruder serie of extrusion lines, there are four main parts work as the auxilliary machines for complete pelletizing lines:

Mixing system, feeding system, pelletizing system and storage system.

The formula material need to be pre-mixed to a required extent before added to the twin-screw extruder. The main purpose is to uniformly stir the formula material and achieve a certain process purpose, such as pre-plasticizing the resin and pre-absorption of additives. The refractory powder is pre-impregnated, and the water-containing raw material is dried and dehydrated to the exact expected extent. There are various mixing equipment and mixing solutions to meet the pre-mixing operations of different material systems in Jwell Machinery, for customers convenient choices.

Single screw and twin screw feeders can be used for the feeding of various powders, granules, premixes, short fibers and crushed materials. Different screw configurations can fully meet different needs of raw materials with different characteristics. The design is simple and easy for maintainance.	Conical feeder has strong applicability to bulk materials or colloidal materials after banburying, typically used in low-smoke halogen-free materials, elastomers, rubber modification, shoe sole materials and other heat-sensitive materials, high filler, white masterbatch, black masterbatch, color masterbatch and other strong dispersion requirements system.	The side feeder is forced feeding system for powder, short fiber or premix material, which can flexibly meet the process needs or increase the feeding amount. Also, the side feeding can be negative pressure pumping on the barrel to increase the powder bulk density, thus enhance the feeding efficiency.
Loss-in-weight scale, is an automatic metering solution is based on the loss-in-weight scale, which integrates the feeding station, the vacuum suction machine, the automatic feeding bin and the high-precision measurement. All these together realize the delivery, transportation, storage and independent measurement of materials in various states, all in one go. Gain weight scale is the mixing system with automatic weight gain measurement function can realize the automatic batch measurement of each component raw material, and then automatically add it to the mixer without manual feeding. It is highly automated and has high precision, ensuring stable product quality.

The pelletizing system choice is mainly based on manufacturability, economy, degree of automation and other special requirements. JWELL's standardized pelletizing method include strand cutting, air-cooled die surface hot cutting, water ring die surface hot cutting, underwater die surface hot cutting and eccentric water mist die surface hot cutting.

The storage system includes homogenization, sieving, drying & cooling , automatic packing smoothly.
